Accounting/Finance
The Accounting and Finance Department helps accelerate TQL’s rapid growth nationwide. In these roles, you will prepare and analyze vital financial information and business metrics to identify areas of improvement. Training
Our Learning and Development Team works with employees nationwide to ensure each team member has a strong knowledge base of the logistics industry while understanding TQL specific policies. In this entry level role, you will organize and schedule learning and development tasks, plan day-to-day functions and send surveys and report results to leadership.
Facilities/Real Estate
With 56 offices in 26 states across the nation, maintaining company facilities and finding new real estate is essential to helping our business grow.
Purchasing
Our Purchasing Team works behind-the-scenes to keep our entire company functioning. Purchasing is a vital position for any company because it keeps things moving along and provides all employees and departments with the tools they need to be successful. In an entry level position in Cincinnati, OH, you’ll be responsible for fulfilling requests of internal customers, maintaining catalog approved items, building relationships with vendors and negotiating prices as needed.
Human Resources/Legal
In TQL’s HR and Legal Department, we thrive on building trusting relationships throughout the company. In an entry level role, you’ll have the opportunity to be a strategic partner for employees and leadership while contributing to the continued growth of TQL. You will be responsible for handling questions, resolving work-related matters and assisting leadership with organization policies and compliance. Helping employees work through interpersonal or company problems fosters a better work environment for everyone.
Customer Service/Administrative
If you have a passion for building relationships, problem-solving and want to learn the back-end of the logistics industry, you would be an excellent fit for our Customer Service or Administrative positions.
As a Customer Service Coordinator for TQL, you will be the go-to support for a dedicated Sales Representative. You will work together to organize and maintain accounts while providing high level customer service to continuously exceed our customers’ expectations. This position allows you to understand our industry from a third-party perspective, where you can learn each phase of the logistics process.
As an Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for supporting leadership and ensuring the office is organized. Your daily tasks include managing schedules, greeting visitors, screening incoming calls and coordinating with TQL’s Travel Team. This position allows you to work closely with executive leaders while learning how a large corporation operates.
