Sales
We’re looking for motivated individuals who have the drive for financial freedom. As a Sales Representative in Cincinnati, OH, our 26-week paid training and mentoring program provides you with unlimited resources so you can make your mark in the logistics industry. While building your own book of business, you can take advantage of our uncapped commission opportunities.

Account Representative
As an Account Representative for TQL, you will be responsible for supporting and working with an established Sales Team to drive revenue. After completing our extensive paid training program to learn the logistics industry and our company culture, you will focus on growing new and existing business. With the support of your team and TQL’s unlimited resources that set you up for success, you will become a subject matter expert for TQL’s transportation services.

Purchasing
Our Purchasing Team works behind-the-scenes to keep our entire company functioning. Purchasing is a vital position for any company because it keeps things moving along and provides all employees and departments with the tools they need to be successful. In an entry level position in Cincinnati, OH, you’ll be responsible for fulfilling requests of internal customers, maintaining catalog approved items, building relationships with vendors and negotiating prices as needed.

Human Resources/Legal
In TQL’s HR and Legal Department, we thrive on building trusting relationships throughout the company. Customer Service/Administrative
If you have a passion for building relationships, problem-solving and want to learn the back-end of the logistics industry, you would be an excellent fit for our Customer Service or Administrative positions.

As a Customer Service Coordinator for TQL, you will be the go-to support for a dedicated Sales Representative. You will work together to organize and maintain accounts while providing high level customer service to continuously exceed our customers’ expectations. This position allows you to understand our industry from a third-party perspective, where you can learn each phase of the logistics process.

As an Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for supporting leadership and ensuring the office is organized. Your daily tasks include managing schedules, greeting visitors, screening incoming calls and coordinating with TQL’s Travel Team. This position allows you to work closely with executive leaders while learning how a large corporation operates.
