About the role:

At TQL, our Corporate Recruiting team partners directly with business leaders to attract and hire top talent across IT, Finance & Accounting and professional corporate functions. As a Corporate Recruiter, you’ll manage full‑cycle recruiting for complex, high‑impact roles while serving as a trusted advisor to hiring managers.


This is a great opportunity for an experienced recruiter who enjoys owning searches end‑to‑end, influencing hiring decisions and building strong candidate pipelines in a fast‑paced, highly visible environment.

What you’ll do:

  • Own full‑cycle recruiting for IT, Finance & Accounting and corporate professional roles
  • Partner closely with hiring managers to understand business needs, role requirements and talent market dynamics
  • Develop and execute targeted sourcing strategies using LinkedIn, job boards, referrals and networking
  • Evaluate candidates through phone screens, structured interviews and candidate assessments
  • Guide hiring managers on interview best practices, compensation alignment and hiring decisions
  • Manage candidate experience from first conversation through offer and onboarding
  • Track recruiting activity, pipeline health and outcomes in our ATS (Avature)
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of recruiting processes and hiring outcomes


Who we’re looking for:

  • 1–3 years of full‑cycle recruiting experience
  • Experience managing multiple requisitions and stakeholders simultaneously
  • Strong sourcing and candidate assessment skills
  • Ability to influence hiring managers and operate as a business partner
  • Excellent communication, organization and follow‑through
  • Comfort working in a 100% in‑office, performance‑driven environment
