About the role:
At TQL, our Corporate Recruiting team partners directly with business leaders to attract and hire top talent across IT, Finance & Accounting, and professional corporate functions. As a Corporate Recruiter, you’ll manage full‑cycle recruiting for complex, high‑impact roles while serving as a trusted advisor to hiring managers.
This is a great opportunity for an experienced recruiter who enjoys owning searches end‑to‑end, influencing hiring decisions, and building strong candidate pipelines in a fast‑paced, highly visible environment.

What you’ll do:
- Own full‑cycle recruiting for IT, Finance & Accounting, and corporate professional roles
- Partner closely with hiring managers to understand business needs, role requirements, and talent market dynamics
- Develop and execute targeted sourcing strategies using LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and networking
- Evaluate candidates through phone screens, structured interviews, and candidate assessments
- Guide hiring managers on interview best practices, compensation alignment, and hiring decisions
- Manage candidate experience from first conversation through offer and onboarding
- Track recruiting activity, pipeline health, and outcomes in our ATS (Avature)
- Contribute to continuous improvement of recruiting processes and hiring outcomes
What we’re looking for:
- 1–3 years of full‑cycle recruiting experience
- Experience managing multiple requisitions and stakeholders simultaneously
- Strong sourcing and candidate assessment skills
- Ability to influence hiring managers and operate as a business partner
- Excellent communication, organization, and follow‑through
- Comfort working in a 100% in‑office, performance‑driven environment
