About the role:

As a Commissions Analyst for TQL, you will ensure commission record accuracy, recommend system developments and provide customer service to the sales floor regarding commission inquiries. Additionally, the Commissions Analyst will work cross functionally to identify, prevent and resolve commission related issues.

What you’ll be doing: 

• Analyze commission records for accuracy and process corrections as necessary
• Streamline routine commission analyses and reporting
• Periodically evaluate commission guidelines and recommend improvements
• Maintain accurate commission records and enhance spreadsheets and reports as assigned
• Build knowledge of related business areas (Billing, Sales, Financial Accounting, etc.) to understand cross‑functional impacts and collaborate effectively
• Proactively identify and communicate potential issues to management
• Provide exceptional customer service to the sales team and other internal stakeholders
• Clearly explain complex commission calculations in a way that is easy for others to understand
  

What you need: 

• Bachelor’s degree required
• Experience in AR, payroll, or payment processing a plus
• Must be customer service oriented
• Proficient in Microsoft Suite 
• Exceptional telephone, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Critical thinking and problem-solving skills with a focus on customer service
