About the Role:
As an HR Systems Analyst at TQL, you will support the administration, optimization, and ongoing development of our Workday Human Capital Management (HCM) platform. This role will partner closely with HR, Payroll, Recruiting, and IT teams to ensure data accuracy, system efficiency, and effective reporting that supports business decisions.
The HR Systems Analyst will assist with system configuration, reporting, troubleshooting, and day-to-day HR technology operations while helping to improve processes and enhance the employee experience across TQL’s rapidly growing organization.

What you’ll be doing:
- Support the day-to-day administration of Workday HCM, ensuring system data accuracy, integrity, and compliance.
- Assist with Workday business process configuration, testing, and documentation across modules such as Core HCM and Talent.
- Develop and maintain standard and ad-hoc reports, dashboards, and data analysis using Workday reporting tools.
- Serve as a point of contact for HRIS-related support requests, troubleshooting system issues and resolving data discrepancies.
- Assist with data imports, audits, and system maintenance activities to ensure consistent and accurate HR data.
- Support Workday releases and system updates, including testing new functionality and documenting changes.
- Maintain HRIS documentation including standard operating procedures, workflows, and data governance guidelines.
- Assist with system integrations, data validation, and coordination with IT or third-party vendors when needed.
- Support HR initiatives that rely on HRIS data, including headcount reporting, workforce analytics, and organizational changes.
What you’ll need:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in HRIS, HR operations, HR analytics, or HR systems administration.
- Exposure to Workday HCM preferred.
- Experience working with HR data, reporting, or system administration.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret HR data and identify trends.
- Strong communication skills and ability to partner cross-functionally.
- Exposure to Workday reporting, calculated fields, or dashboards.
- Experience supporting HR system implementations, upgrades, or integrations.
- Proficiency in Excel and data analysis tools.
