About the role:
As a Group Product Manager, you will be a senior people leader responsible for guiding Product Operations Team Leads and senior individual contributors while defining the strategy and direction for the Product Operations function within TQL’s technology ecosystem. This role balances people leadership, operational strategy, and organizational enablement in equal measure. The Group Manager develops leadership talent, establishes scalable processes and standards, and partners closely with Product and Engineering leadership to ensure the organization operates with clarity, consistency, and efficiency while delivering meaningful business and customer impact.

What we’re looking for:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, information systems, computer science, data, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- 10+ years of experience in product operations, product enablement, or operational leadership roles required
- 1-2 years of experience managing or leading people
- Strong people leadership and coaching skills
- Ability to demonstrate experience leading teams and scaling operational practices in product or technology organizations
- Deep understanding of product operating models and organizational enablement
- The ability to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives without direct authority
What you’ll be doing:
- Align Product Operations capabilities to product maturity and organizational priorities
- Set direction for the product operating model, including planning cadences, intake processes, and communication standards
- Ensure Product Operations practices support scale, collaboration, and visibility across the organization
- Partner with Product and Engineering leaders to drive consistent, scalable workflows
- Oversee orchestration of quarterly planning, portfolio reviews, and cross-functional product forums
- Ensure operating rhythms enable effective decision-making and alignment across Product teams
- Serve as a senior operational partner to Product, Engineering, Design, Analytics, and Business Operations
- Lead, coach, and develop Product Operations Team Leads and senior individual contributors
- Build a strong Product Operations culture focused on service, accountability, and continuous improvement
