About the role:

As a Facilities Technician for TQL, you will be responsible for all preventive and corrective maintenance for Cincinnati Headquarters and surrounding offices. You will help spearhead all the office needs, including maintenance, set-up, tear-down and installations. While this role is based in Cincinnati with a flexible first shift M-F, you may be required to travel upon request. While this role is based in Cincinnati you may be required to travel upon request.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Manage maintenance for all Cincinnati offices, including electrical, HVAC, plumbing, workstations, office furniture, carpentry, and painting
  • Assist other departments in the setup and tear down for company events, meetings, and other company functions within TQL facilities
  • Communicate needed repairs and maintenance to management
  • Work with hand and power tools, applying mathematics, basic carpentry and preventative/predictive maintenance as needed
  • Perform grounds maintenance functions including snow removal, minor landscaping repair and improvement
  • Transport equipment between satellite offices via car, vans, and trucks (non CDL)
  • Work from elevated areas using ladders, platforms and scaffolding

   

What you need: 

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Ability to work 6am to 3pm EST Monday to Friday
  • 2-5 years of facilities, maintenance, or building operations experience preferred
  • Working knowledge of basic electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and HVAC systems preferred but not required
  • Ability to use hand tools and power tools safely
  • Strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to lift, move, and carry equipment or materials (up to 50 lbs)
  • Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
  • Flexible to support different shifts or on‑call needs when required
