About the role:

As a Data Scientist, you’ll design, build, and deploy advanced analytics and machine learning solutions that directly support business decision-making. You’ll own projects end-to-end—from problem definition through production deployment—while ensuring solutions are scalable, reliable, and impactful.

What you’ll be doing:

• Developing and deploying predictive, prescriptive, and inferential models
• Translating ambiguous business problems into analytical solutions
• Building and maintaining Python-based ML pipelines in cloud environments
• Working with structured and unstructured data
• Monitoring model performance and data drift
• Improving shared tools, frameworks, and best practices
• Communicating insights and recommendations to stakeholders

What you’ll need:

• Advanced degree preferred or equivalent experience
• 3–5 years of professional data science or machine learning experience
• Strong proficiency in Python and ML libraries
• Experience with cloud platforms and scalable data systems
• Familiarity with multiple modeling techniques
• Strong communication skills
