In this role, you’ll influence how performance testing is designed, executed, and evolved—including leveraging modern automation and AI-enabled approaches to improve speed and efficiency.

What we’re looking for:

  • Ability to analyze complex systems and translate findings into actionable recommendations
  • Clear communicator who partners effectively across technical and non-technical teams
  • Strong ownership, accountability, and ability to influence technical direction

What you’ll be doing:

  • Own performance testing strategy and execution for assigned applications and platforms
  • Design, build, and maintain performance testing frameworks for API and web-based systems
  • Develop and execute performance test scenarios and datasets using tools such as JMeter, BlazeMeter, Taurus, and SqlQueryStress
  • Analyze response times, throughput, concurrency patterns, and system behavior under load
  • Use observability and monitoring tools including Datadog, Grafana, and Splunk to correlate test results with system metrics
  • Identify performance bottlenecks and collaborate with engineering and infrastructure teams to drive remediation
  • Evaluate environment and infrastructure requirements and make recommendations to meet expected SLAs
  • Produce clear performance test reports outlining risks, findings, and recommendations
  • Drive continuous improvement through automation, tooling enhancements, and AI-enabled solutions
  • Mentor and support Automation Engineers in performance testing best practices

What’s in it for you:

  • Competitive base salary of $98,630-$140,000
  • Flexible work hours and work-from-home options
  • Reimbursement for continuous education and technical training
  • Comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, and vision coverage
