About the role:
We’re looking for a curious, collaborative and user-focused Product Designer to join TQL’s growing digital product team. In this role, you’ll design intuitive, impactful experiences that solve real user problems and drive business outcomes across TQL’s technology ecosystem.
You’ll work closely with Product Managers and Engineering teams to understand user needs, explore multiple solutions and deliver high-quality designs that balance usability, feasibility and business value. This is a great opportunity for a designer who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys owning the end-to-end design process.

What you’ll do:
- Design end-to-end user experiences including user flows, wireframes, mockups and interactive prototypes
- Lead and support user research efforts such as interviews, workflow analysis and usability testing
- Translate user insights into clear problem statements and design opportunities
- Collaborate with cross-functional agile teams to align on product goals and deliver effective solutions
- Clearly communicate design concepts, rationale and tradeoffs to stakeholders
- Partner with Engineering to ensure designs are feasible, understood and executed with quality
- Support smooth design handoff and remain involved through development and delivery
- Apply and contribute to shared design patterns, systems and standards
- Use feedback and data to iterate and continuously improve design outcomes
What you need:
- Bachelor’s degree in design, human-computer interaction, visual communication or a related field / equivalent experience
- 2–4 years of experience in product, UX or digital design
- Experience designing and delivering user-centered digital products
- Strong design skills across UX, interaction and visual design
- Ability to translate user needs and product goals into effective solutions
- Clear communication skills and comfort presenting design decisions
- Proven ability to collaborate with Product and Engineering teams
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality, usable designs
