About the role:

As a Senior Accounting Operations Analyst, you’ll play a key role in building scalable, well‑controlled accounting operations that support TQL’s continued growth. This position blends strong analytical skills with deep knowledge of accounting processes, internal controls and operational workflows.

You’ll partner cross‑functionally with Accounting, Treasury, Billing, Sales, IT and other teams to identify opportunities, design solutions, and lead initiatives that improve accuracy, efficiency and financial outcomes. This role offers high ownership, visibility and the opportunity to drive meaningful operational transformation.

Who we’re looking for:

• You earned a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or Business Analytics
• You have 3–5 years of experience in accounting, accounting operations, financial analysis or a related role
• You have experience partnering cross‑functionally and leading initiatives from analysis through execution
• You have a strong understanding of accounting principles, internal controls and financial reporting concepts
• You have advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas); working knowledge of SQL and Power BI preferred
• You can manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment
• You are a clear communicator with the ability to influence and collaborate across teams

What you’ll be doing:

• Lead cross‑functional analyses to identify process gaps, control risks and efficiency opportunities across Accounting Operations (AR, AP, Billing, Treasury)
• Evaluate end‑to‑end workflows and implement data‑driven solutions that improve accuracy, working capital and scalability
• Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and analytical models using Excel, SQL and Power BI
• Translate insights into actionable plans, oversee execution and track measurable results
• Support and strengthen internal controls through documentation, SOPs and process improvements
• Contribute to enterprise‑wide automation, system enhancements and financial transformation initiatives
• Mentor junior analysts and support team development as the organization grows
