About the role:
As a Senior Financial Analyst on TQL’s Finance & FP&A team, you’ll serve as a strategic partner to business leaders across sales, operations, and leadership – turning complex data into insights that directly influence revenue growth, productivity, and profitability.
This is a hands-on, high-impact role for an experienced analyst who thrives in a fast-paced, sales-driven environment and wants visibility, ownership, and a clear path for advancement. You’ll own forecasting, budgeting, and performance analysis while helping leaders make smarter, faster decisions.

What we’re looking for:
- You have 5+ years of experience working in financial analysis, FP&A, corporate finance, or a closely related role
- You have advanced technical skills in financial modeling and data analysis
- You have strong experience with tools such as Excel, SQL, PowerBI, Oracle Smart View, or Tableau
- You can translate data into clear, concise insights for non-financial stakeholders
- You are an excellent communicator – written and verbal
- You are highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities
- You thrive in a high-volume, performance-driven business environment
- You earned a bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Engineering or a related field
What you’ll be doing:
- Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs), trends, and variances to deliver actionable, decision-ready insights
- Build, maintain, and improve financial models supporting forecasting, budgeting, and long-range planning
- Prepare and present executive-level reporting, dashboards, and financial narratives for senior leaders
- Identify risks and opportunities tied to revenue growth, cost optimization, and operational efficiency
- Partner closely with department leaders to align financial plans with business objectives
- Support annual budgets, rolling forecasts, and scenario planning
- Perform scenario analysis and sensitivity testing to evaluate business decisions and market conditions
- Ensure accuracy, consistency, and accountability across forecasts and financial outputs
- Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, operations, and leadership to support growth initiatives
