About the role:
As a Senior Corporate Recruiter for TQL, you will lead full-cycle recruitment efforts for experienced professional and corporate roles across the organization. This position partners closely with hiring leaders to attract, assess, and hire top talent that supports TQL’s continued growth and operational excellence.
The Senior Corporate Recruiter will play a key role in developing talent pipelines, driving recruiting strategy, and delivering best-in-class candidate experience across departments including technology, finance, accounting, HR, marketing, operations, and other corporate functions.
What you’ll do:
- Lead full-cycle recruiting efforts for mid-to-senior level corporate and professional positions
- Partner with hiring managers and business leaders to understand hiring needs, workforce planning, and team objectives
- Develop sourcing strategies to attract active and passive candidates across competitive talent markets
- Screen, interview, and assess candidates for technical skills, experience, and cultural alignment
- Manage candidate pipelines and maintain consistent communication throughout the hiring process
- Coordinate interviews, feedback sessions, offer negotiations, and onboarding activities
- Utilize recruiting metrics and market insights to improve hiring outcomes and recruiting efficiency
- Ensure a positive candidate and hiring manager experience while maintaining recruiting best practices
- Partner cross-functionally with HR and Compensation teams to structure competitive offers and relocation packages when applicable
- Serve as a strategic advisor to business leaders on talent market trends, compensation benchmarking, and hiring strategy
What we are looking for:
- 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in corporate, professional, or high-volume recruiting environments
- Experience recruiting for professional-level positions across multiple business functions
- Strong sourcing and networking capabilities, including experience engaging passive candidates
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple searches and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Experience partnering with business leaders and influencing hiring decisions
- Familiarity with ATS platforms, LinkedIn Recruiter, and modern recruiting tools
- Data-driven mindset with experience utilizing recruiting metrics and reporting
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
