About the role:

As the Marketing Production Specialist I, you will be responsible for coordinating, ordering, and maintaining internal office signage across 60+ TQL locations. This role also supports vendor coordination and branded merchandise needs, including assisting the Production team with TQL Stores. You will additionally partner with Marketing leadership on events and ongoing departmental initiatives.

What you'll be doing:

• Assist in the production, ordering, and branding of office signage, record breaker collateral and other team/location-specific needs.
• Run errands and support the upkeep of internal marketing signage
• Ensure merchandise and materials meet TQL branding guidelines
• Partners with vendors to select and order TQL-branded merchandise for team and office needs.
• Support the Production team with branded merchandise sold through TQL stores
• Support the Marketing department with regular company events and initiatives 
• Other duties as assigned

What you need:

• BS/BA in marketing, business management, business administration, procurement or a similar area of study preferred
• Excellent communicator and creative thinker, with an ability to use data for quick decision making.
• A natural project manager with good time management skills; you will be juggling several projects at a time
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to anticipate needs.
• Accommodate for a flexible work schedule when necessary to ensure special event coverage
• Proven proficiency with MS Office Suite with priority on PowerPoint and Excel
