About the role:
As a TQL Legal Compliance Analyst you will assist the Legal Department in the development, enhancement, retention, and documentation of compliance-related activities. Responsibilities include processing the compilation, maintenance and analysis of compliance-related data and records. The Legal Compliance Analyst will maintain, recommend, and develop effective tracking and monitoring of compliance of organizational processes and functions for TQL, its subsidiaries and affiliates.

What you’ll be doing:
- Research and interpret laws and regulations to keep TQL, its subsidiaries and affiliates ahead of the compliance curve
- Develop, update, and implement compliance manuals, policies, and procedures
- Monitor and audit organizational processes to ensure compliance and identify opportunities for improvement
- Collaborate across departments, subsidiaries, and affiliates to coordinate compliance activities and share best practices
- Prepare insightful reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing compliance data
- Champion quality service by upholding and enhancing organizational standards
- Contribute to a high-performing team, taking on new challenges and projects as needed
What you need:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 2–4 years of experience in legal, compliance, audit, or regulatory environments
- Exceptional analytical, organizational, communication, and teamwork skills
- Acute attention to detail, a proactive approach to problem-solving, and a passion for learning
- Strong ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and an evolving regulatory landscape
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and online legal research
