About the role:
As an Executive Recruiter for TQL, you will lead full-cycle recruitment efforts for senior leadership and strategically critical roles across the organization. This role will partner closely with executive leadership to identify, attract, assess, and hire top-tier talent capable of driving growth, innovation, and operational excellence across TQL’s expanding business.
The Executive Recruiter will play a key role in shaping leadership talent strategy, enhancing executive hiring processes, and building pipelines of high-impact candidates across technology, finance, sales, operations, and corporate functions.
What you’ll do:
- Lead full-cycle recruiting efforts for executive, director-level, and other high-impact leadership positions
- Partner with senior leaders and hiring managers to understand business strategy, organizational needs, and succession planning priorities
- Develop customized sourcing strategies to identify passive executive talent across competitive markets
- Conduct high-level candidate assessments focused on leadership capability, cultural alignment, and long-term organizational fit
- Deliver a high-touch, professional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
- Coordinate and facilitate executive interview processes, offer negotiations, and onboarding transitions
- Ensure consistency, efficiency, and best practices across executive hiring workflows
- Partner with HR and Compensation teams to structure competitive offers and relocation packages when applicable
- Serve as a strategic advisor to business leaders on talent market trends, compensation benchmarking, and hiring strategy
What we are looking for:
- 5+ years of recruiting experience, with significant experience recruiting leadership or executive-level talent
- Experience recruiting within high-growth, fast-paced organizations preferred
- Strong sourcing and networking capabilities, including passive candidate engagement
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to influence and advise senior leadership stakeholders
- Familiarity with ATS platforms, LinkedIn Recruiter, and executive search methodologies
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple searches simultaneously
- Background in retained search, executive search firms, or corporate executive recruiting functions
- Bachelor’s degree
