As a Recruiting Assistant at TQL, you are the go-to support for our Sales Recruiting teams. Sales Recruiting is where we bring in the best sales talent to continue our mission to be the top freight service in the country. Your main objective is to continue that – being ready to jump in and assist with daily administrative duties (emails, scheduling, that sort of stuff), candidate, and Hiring Manger updates. We don’t take this lightly – we want every candidate to have a First Class experience every step of the way.

Support our elite Recruiting Teams. #1 Priority
Collaborate with Sales Recruiters on sourcing strategies and candidate identification.
Assist with candidate interview set up.
Accurately enter and maintain up to date information regarding Sales candidates. (i.e. what step of the process the candidate is in, does the candidate have all the details needed for their interview, interview feedback from Recruiter and Hiring Manager)
Provide customer service your Mother would be proud of.
You need the following:
HS Diploma or GED.
Hall of Fame work ethic and able to learn at rapid speed.
Ability to multitask. That means using multiple websites like a pro.
Be proactive, organized, and attentive to details. Good employee 101.
Strong telephone and communication skills.
Basic computer skills including some knowledge of excel. P.S. how fast can you type? 25wpm, please.
Be comfortable working on a sales floor with a lot of noise and a lot of action.
