Support the successful execution of TQL philanthropic initiatives including sponsorships, employee matching programs, employee engagement campaigns, and cause marketing campaigns.
Participate in brainstorming, planning and executing of TQL philanthropic efforts.
Responsible for supporting select TQL Cares programs; responsibilities ranging from serving as liaison to various contacts including nonprofit organizations, collecting and tracking data, and coordinating details of campaigns.
Assist with the execution of sponsorships, including working with marketing team on design and content needs.
Administer charitable matching program, including reviewing requests, verifying volunteer time, and reviewing tax receipts.
Partner with other members of the TQL Cares team on all program needs for 4,000+ TQL employees.
Support TQL Cares and TQL charitable related efforts.
You need the following:
High School Diploma required, Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
At least 2-3 years of marketing experience or non-profit experience.
Creative thinker, passionate about making an impact on the community in new and exciting ways.
Ability to accommodate a flexible schedule, including working some nights and weekends to ensure presence at special events.
Team-oriented performer with a positive, solutions-oriented manner.
Extreme attention to detail.
Excellent communication and keen customer awareness, both external and internal.
Ability to work in a multitasking, fast-paced work environment.
Hands-on work ethic.
Proficient use of Microsoft Office, including Microsoft Word, and Excel.
