The LMS Administrator will serve as our Learning Management System expert and be responsible for the day-to-day management and maintenance of the system.

Administer all activities in the Learning Management System.
Create, run and research reports using SQL to align to company goals and department objectives.
Lead projects with vendor and/or IT regarding enhancements to the LMS, negotiations, and maintenance of annual licensing agreements
Lead projects to streamline current functionality and processes in the LMS.
Serve as technical support for all LMS related matters, test all functionality of all new content uploaded to LMS.
Single Point of Contact for all administrative users, i.e. Management Team, Facilitators, and Training Coordinator, including education of new user and account set-up, user manuals, learner data and profiles.
Partner with Trainers in creating, maintaining, uploading all classroom needs such as schedules, rosters, documents, podcasts, classes and other related needs
Manage course enrollment needs maintaining consistency across all online courses regarding administrative and programmatic policies, procedures, student experience, structure, and format.

You need the following to get in the door:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
2+ year of experience in a similar role supporting a large training organization
Exceptional time management, multi-tasking and organization skills.
Technical proficiency in all learning technologies in support of large training organizations, especially Learning Management Systems.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to quickly master new technical skills and business processes.
Able to multi-task in a fast paced work environment.
Must be flexible and able to adapt to constant change.
Provide expertise and guidance with respect to the proper use of technology-based learning and performance tools.
Disciplined work ethic with attention to detail.
Ability to interact and collaborate with individuals at all levels of the organization.
Ability to work and adapt in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
Ability to deal with time constraints and effectively manage deadlines.
