Customer Service Coordinator / Cincinnati , OH

Overview:

The LTL Customer Service Coordinator is primarily responsible for assisting TQL brokers with LTL shipments.  This role involves becoming a subject matter expert in all things LTL, help support daily shipment activities, and handle LTL related matters with brokers and carriers.

Your job:

  • Assist TQL brokers with questions regarding LTL services, quotes, and freight classifications
  • Coordinate LTL shipments: audit booked shipments, schedule pickups, and track shipments
  • Assist brokers and carriers while freight is over the road
  • Problem resolution involving LTL shipments and service
  • Document Standard Operating Procedures and other LTL protocols

 

You need the following:

  • Strong verbal communication skills
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion skills
  • Experience training or leading others
  • Strong work ethic
  • High attention to detail
  • Self-starting, proactive and resourceful
  • Ability to stay focused in an extremely active/open office environment
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
