Inventory and Purchasing Coordinator / Cincinnati , OH

Purchasing works with a variety of vendors to find the best price for the highest quality of office and facility supplies. Ultimately, this department is driving results by lowering company costs, improving supplier performance, and continually enhancing the process and service for the betterment of TQL overall.

Your job:

  • Ordering, tracking, and delivering office and facility related supplies to our Cincinnati locations.

  • Receives packages, inventories contents, and delivers to the appropriate employee.

  • Performs reconciliation of purchases with credit card charges.

  • Creates and processes new hire nameplates, seat ID’s, business cards, and badge photos.

  • Assists with tasks associated with onboarding and off-boarding employees.

  • In conjunction with the Sourcing Specialist, implements sourcing procurement strategies, creates and reconciles purchase orders, and maintains clear documentation and audit trail of procurement activities.

  • Performs other related duties as assigned.

 

You need the following:

  • Minimum of a high school diploma.

  • At least one year of experience performing purchasing or procurement related activities.

  • Extreme attention to detail.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.

  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

  • Valid driver’s license and satisfactory driving record.

  • Ability to interact effectively with individuals at all levels of the organization.

  • Hands-on work ethic with a results focus.

  • Impeccable integrity and trustworthiness.

  • Excellent communication skills.
