The Payment Resolution Team is responsible for providing unparalleled service to TQL’s carrier base. This role will manage inbound accounting-related requests via phone and email with a focus on issue resolution, customer satisfaction, and relationship development. In addition, this position will proactively resolve carrier issues as they relate to billing, accounts receivable, and the issue or distribution of electronic payments.
