As a Sales Assistant at TQL, you are the go-to support for our sales teams. Sales is what we do and being the top freight service in the country is what we strive for. Your main objective is to continue that – being ready to jump in and assist with daily administrative duties (emails, scheduling, that sort of stuff), account maintenance, and customer updates. We don’t take this lightly – we want our customers and carriers to love working with us and you’re integral in making that happen.

Support our elite sales teams. #1 priority.
Assist with customer updates and carrier check calls.
Schedule carrier appointments and give directions to shippers and receivers. We’ll teach you the lingo.
Accurately enter and maintain up-to-date information in our database – account information, customer names, etc.
Collaborate with sales reps to collect outstanding AR and shortpays. Again, training is a part of the package.
Provide customer service your mother would be proud of.
You need the following to get in the door:
HS Diploma or GED.
Hall of Fame work ethic and able to learn at rapid speed.
Ability to multitask. That means using multiple websites like a pro.
Be proactive, organized, and attentive to details. Good employee 101.
Strong telephone and communication skills.
Basic computer skills including some knowledge of excel. P.S. how fast can you type? 25wpm, please.
Be comfortable working on a sales floor with a lot of noise and a lot of action.
